I am impressed by Harmann. Their electrician (Gary) came out to troubleshoot a switch/outlet problem two previous contractors couldn't figure out. He was creative in diagnosing the issue and discovered it was caused by a loose wire in what we thought was an unrelated outlet. He fixed it quickly. The price was reasonable and I appreciate the veterans discount. I will definitely use Hartmann again for electrical issues.

I hired Hartmann Electrical to complete a service line and meter base replacement on a property of mine. I dealt with Tom (owner) and Alicia mainly. This is one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with in the region. Tom & Alicia are excellent at communication and getting the job done by the date agreed upon. They do not play around and will get your electric job done. I highly recommend Hartmann Electrical.

Hartmann came over to bring my existing dedicated hot tub line up to town code after my original installer made a “basket case” of a mess 🤦🏻‍♂️ They ripped everything out and had to start from scratch at that point, but the end result was top notch and the next day we passed our reinspection 🙌🏻 There was a minor issue after install, but Hartmann was quick to come out the next morning and resolve it at no charge. Truly shows you that they stand behind their work and provide equally great customer service. I look forward to using them again to repair another dedicated line at another rental of mine. Also some advice for you all reading this, just because the hot tub turns on doesn’t mean it’s safe or done correctly. So don’t do what I did and hire just anyone who’s “licensed”. You can trust Hartmann will get it right the first time 👍🏻🙏🏻

I had Tom and his team install a Generac at home standby generator 24KW. I want to tell you if you don't use Tom and his team to install your generator in the Poconos your a fool. The head Technician Stephan is a exceptional electrician and his customer relations skills are challenged by no one. I had some minor issues with the Mobile Link and Tom and his team rectified them immediately with Generac. I want to close with a huge satisfied customer and a bigger thank you to Tom H. and the Team.

Thanks to Hartmann Electrical for the installation of a transfer switch for the generator we just purchased. Gary, their service tech did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us and was helpful in saving us money. I had some trouble with some outlets and thought they needed to be replaced, but he checked them, and they were fine! They are my first call for electrical issues in the Poconos!
